ZITI AWREETY
Feeling Like a Little Italian? Well Then, Maybe You Are!



INGREDIENTS:
1 Med. ONION
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 Handful MUSHROOM
1 Small Can SWEET PEAS
1 15oz. Can DICED STEWED TOMATOES
1 Lb. MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1/2 Lb. Shredded SHARP CHEDDER CHEESE
Grated PARMASIAN CHEESE
1/2 Lb. ZITI #2
( Makes 2 Servings )



DO THIS WITH THEM:
> PAN FRY SAUSAGE (covered) AS DIRECTED.
> COOK ZITI AS DIRECTED.
> CUT UP ONION, PEPPER AND MUSHROOMS INTO SMALL PIECES.
> DRAIN GREASE AND ADD CUT VEGGIES TO FRYING PAN WHEN SAUSAGE IS HALF DONE. COVER AND CONTINUE COOKING.
> DRAIN COOKED ZITI AND RETURN IT TO IT'S POT.
> REMOVE COOKED SAUSAGE FROM PAN, DRAIN AND ADD COOKED ONIONS, PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS TO THE POT OF ZITI.
> ADD DRAINED CAN OF PEAS AND UNDRAINED CAN OF TOMATOES TO ZITI MIXTURE.
> STIR IN SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE.
> SIMMER ZITI MIXTURE ON LOW (stir up from bottom once or twice while cooking) UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SAUCE IS HOT.
> PLACE ZITI ON PLATES TOPPED WITH CUT UP SAUSAGE. SPRINKLE WITH GRATED CHEESE TO TASTE.
> SERVE WITH A GREEN SALAD AND E N J O Y.

(I know, with the Chedder, It's not very Italian...
          but then, neither am I. It's still Quite GOOD, though.)
