SHARK STEAKS w/Champagne Butter
Da Dunt, Da Dunt, Dump, Dump, Dump, Dump, Dump, Dump, Dump, Dump!



INGREDIENTS:
2 SHARK STEAKS ( 3/4 - 1 inch thick )
1/2 Tablespoon dried OREGANO
1/4 Tablespoon SPICE
1/2 STICK O’ BUTTER
1/4 CUP CHAMPAGNE
( Makes 2 Servings )



DO THIS WITH THEM:
> Crumble Dried Oregano in palm of hand to revive it, then sprinkle over Shark Steaks.
> Apply other seafood-type spices to taste.
> BROIL Steaks under TOP BROILER until "cooked to perfection".
> Meanwhile... cut up BUTTER in small pats and place in small microwave bowl.
> Microwave BUTTER until most is melted.
> Add 1/4 cup CHAMPAGNE to Melted BUTTER and microwave again until HOT. DO NOT BOIL.
> Serve Shark Steaks with Baked Potato and Salad.
> Dip Shark in CHAMPAGNE BUTTER.
> Enjoy.
